Why is a heat pump better than condenser drying?
A heat pump uses half the electricity and dries at a lower temperature (50–60°C vs 70–80°C) — gentler on fabric. The price premium pays off in 12–18 months at a typical load.
Does a myPro dryer need an exhaust vent?
Condenser models (TE1120HP, TE1120P) need no exhaust vent. The electric TE1220E requires connection to an Ø102 mm exhaust duct.
What is RMC and how does it work?
RMC (Residual Moisture Control) is a residual-humidity sensor in the drum. The machine stops exactly when the set level (0–10%) is reached — with no over-drying.
